Working in the Events & PR industry I have developed a robust integrated skill set, ultimately underpinned by a focus to always be solution driven with a 'make it happen' attitude. My skill set spans across strategy, creative & production, alongside my ability to proficiently lead a team and ensure wider agency and client business objectives are met.

End-to-end management

End-to-end management of a diverse range of live events from point of brief to concept creation and design process, extensive liaison and negotiation with vendors & local authorities, pre-production, live execution and post-event analysis & reconciliation. A flexible worker, I am accustomed to working on multiple events simultaneously with short lead times and going the extra mile to make sure client objectives and ROI are met. Am used to working on multi-layered campaigns, cohesively engaging with a variety of teams including PR, Social, Strategy and Digital to ensure integrated responses to client briefs.

Production

Experienced in event pre-production (fabrication, graphics, structural build, AV & lighting) and on site build with robust production knowledge, ensuring events are briefed, created and built to brief in a cost-effective manner. Am also experienced working on concept creation including actively selling in ideas to clients via tissue sessions, design, visualisations and toolkit writing.

Budgeting

Proficient in budget management across multiple currencies with accountability for budgets ranging anywhere from a few thousand to a million pounds ensuring cost efficiencies are met, thorough reconciliations are undertaken and procurement documentation is in place. Am also able to produce fee forecasts with previous P&L responsibility held.

New Business

Am competent writing and presenting new business pitches, producing credential & procurement documentation and holding chemistry meetings with potential clients. Previous accountability included cultivating a broad network to become aware of any potential new business briefs and ensuring we were considered for any relevant opportunities.

Client relations

Am experienced working in a client facing role, committed to nurturing client portfolio's through proactively developing strong relationships and becoming a trusted business partner /respected consultant. Remaining abreast of industry trends, I aim to provide feedback and suggestions as to how their business can use these to their competitive advantage.

Global

Ten years experience producing global events including location scouting, sourcing and working with local vendors, managing budgets in multiple currencies and guest hospitality programmes.

Team Leadership

I have experience in team modelling and recruitment in order to ensure agency growth and profitability, proficiently leading a team caring for direct reports, nurturing and monitoring their development. Previous day to day team leadership responsibilities include managing work stream flows for entire teams, review processes and regular check in's to ensure team members remain inspired and empowered to drive their career and the wider team forward.
